Quinoa is a versatile superfood that can be used in a variety of dishes, from breakfast to dessert, such as salads, purees, soups, cakes and more.

To cook organic quinoa, it needs to be washed first to remove the bitter saponin, then cooked in a ratio of two parts water to one part quinoa for 15 minutes, left to stand for 5 minutes and then separated from the grains with a fork before serving.

It is unique in its nutritional profile, being rich in high biological value protein with all 9 essential amino acids, low glycaemic carbohydrates, minerals and soluble fibre, and is gluten-free.
