Sweet potato chips
- 2 sweet potatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Spices to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180 ℃ and while it is heating, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into slices of 0.25 cm. You can do this with the help of a mandolin or a knife.
- Put the slices in a bowl and brush well with extra virgin olive oil.
- Put baking paper on the tray and place the sweet potato slices without touching each other. Leave in the oven for 30 minutes, turning the slices halfway through cooking.
- Once done, let them cool, then season to taste and they are ready to serve!
