Chips de boniato

Sweet potato chips


  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Spices to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ℃ and while it is heating, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into slices of 0.25 cm. You can do this with the help of a mandolin or a knife.
  2. Put the slices in a bowl and brush well with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Put baking paper on the tray and place the sweet potato slices without touching each other. Leave in the oven for 30 minutes, turning the slices halfway through cooking.
  4. Once done, let them cool, then season to taste and they are ready to serve!
