Orange and chia pudding
- 60g chia seeds
- 200 ml of orange juice
- 200ml coconut milk
- 10 g peeled ginger
- zest of 1/4 orange
- 1 cardamom pod
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Put the orange juice, coconut milk, ginger, honey, skinless cardamom seeds and a little salt in a blender. Baptize until it has a homogeneous consistency.
- Put orange pieces in a glass container. Pour the mixture little by little while you introduce the chia seeds on top along with the orange zest. Mix everything with the help of a spoon until the lumps are dissolved.
- Put the container in the fridge and let it rest overnight. If you want to take it the same day, leave it in the fridge for about 30 minutes so that the chia absorbs the liquid. And everything will be ready to serve!
