Strawberry Banana Smoothie
- 1 plain Greek yogurt
- 8 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Glass or hand blender
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and cut them into pieces.
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
- Place the bananas, strawberries, milk, yogurt, and honey in the blender.
- We beat until we have a homogeneous mixture and we only need to serve it in a glass and enjoy!
Tip: You can add 4 tablespoons of oats to make it more consistent and start the day with more energy. You just have to add it with the rest of the ingredients and beat everything well.
